Recruitment

We adapt our training for our clients' needs. We provide complete training for all our recruits and believe in constantly keeping our staff up to date.

This consists of a 3 – day training course which includes Manual Handling, Food Hygiene, First Aid and Basic Care. We also have distance learning courses available in dementia care, infection control, child care and many others. Our care support workers must also register to start an NVQ at Level 2 in Health and Social Care.

It is only by investing in our staff that we are able to provide a quality service.

Current Vacancies

We are currently recruiting care support workers, who can drive and have their own car, in the Oxford, Bicester and Kidlington areas.
