Working For Us

Care Support Work can be a rewarding and fulfilling job, helping people with care needs regain independence and remain at home; it can also be great fun!

We are currently recruiting caring, sensitive and focused Care Support Workers to join our busy team. We are in need of both hourly and residential workers. Care support can be varied and engaging and can comprise areas such as helping people with basic needs, like washing and dressing, through to more complex care for people recovering from stroke related issues or dealing with the affects of Alzheimer’s. A great deal of understanding and patience is required to be a Care Support Worker.

Full training will be given and you do not need to be from a caring background. What we do require is that you have a caring disposition and are eager to learn. For more information on our training programme please click here.
Please note, We do require our Care Support Workers to be drivers, this is essential as you will be required to make your way between clients' homes.

Crossroads Care prides itself in employing a diversified and multicultural work force. We employ trained professionals providing a flexible service to people of all ages and with a range of disabilities and health conditions.
We have several positions to suit most lifestyles, to browse our current vacancies,
