CROSSROADS CARE IS RECRUITING in Oxfordshire, Newbury, Windsor and Maidenhead. We are taking on new care workers of all ages - and apprentices who want to make the world a better place with a career in care work. Our work is supportive and challenging, but very rewarding, enabling people to live at home in familiar surroundings. You will be part of a valued group that helps those with care needs to be their best.
As one of our team you will have excellent paid training in all aspects of care, mentoring, opportunities to do nationally recognised qualifications in care work and also enjoy ongoing training in specialist care subjects, such as dementia, autism and end-of-life care.

We offer flexible hours, both full time and part time, evenings and weekends. Contracts are tailored to you, including guaranteed hours, though we would like you to work occasional weekends. Our hourly rate is up to £15 per hour with enhanced bank holiday rates and paid holidays, plus mileage at 45 pence per mile. We pay for your DBS check and can offer you, a CarerSmart card and a Blue Light discount card, that entitle you to discounts on the High Street.
