The Tokyo Paralympics are upon us, lifting us all with inspiring stories of athletes who refuse to be held back by disability. Despite being forced to perform in near-empty stadiums due to Covid restrictions and with no live specators to cheer them on, competitors have set some amazing world records, but rarely twice in one event.
